The site on Lake Texoma is located about 75 miles north of Dallas.

Project Highlights:

The project will include a mix of property types including 7,500 homes (luxury single-family, active adult, and multifamily), a resort hotel, retail, restaurants, and an upscale marina.

The acquisition is one of the largest land sales in Grayson County history, and will have a massive economic impact to North Texas. “This development will reshape our entire region and provide a level of economic impact that very few cities will ever experience.
